At present, our factory is located only in Shanghai, China, with no overseas production sites. Nevertheless, we are capable of undertaking global‑scale projects. We can deploy our professional installation & construction teams to project sites, or cooperate with local suppliers. With years of overseas project experience, we have built solid partnerships with numerous local contractors worldwide. Therefore, we are fully confident to deliver overseas projects with guaranteed quality.
Based on our project experience, we offer two installation cooperation models. The first option: we dispatch our in-house professional teams and workers to execute full-range on-site construction and installation until hand‑over to the client. The second option: we only send technical and management staff to provide on-site installation guidance, while the client arranges local installation workers.
Yes, we can manage transportation. We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and other delivery terms. Thanks to our extensive overseas project experience, our freight partners are well-versed in land, sea and air logistics as well as customs clearance for the Middle East, Australia, Southeast Asia and other regions. You may entrust logistics to Hongyang for reliable, cost-effective solutions.
We normally provide a one-year warranty. Within 12 months upon installation completion, we offer timely responses to all maintenance issues arising during project operation.
Firstly, our dedicated procurement team strictly controls raw-material sourcing in accordance with project drawing specifications. Secondly, with over 20 years of project practice, we have established a mature, trusted supplier network to deliver high-quality, cost-effective raw materials. Thirdly, material test reports will be provided after procurement for review by designers and project owners. Our material procurement process is professional and well-proven.
First, we apply our self-developed structural calculation model integrating Chinese and European-American standards. During professional shop drawings, this model evaluates equipment safety and compliance against three-dimensional safety criteria. Besides, our design partners are highly international and experienced, with solid knowledge of global industry safety codes.
